Did you know you can save 25% on your conference registration just by registering with a friend (colleague, collaborator, main squeeze)? Yep! It’s true. 

Just register normally and when your friend registers YOU WILL BOTH RECEIVE A 25% REFUND!

Here’s how it works:

  • You register for the conference and, on the registration form under the heading “Registering With A Friend?”, ​​enter your friend's name and email address.

  • Your friend registers for the conference, entering your name and email address on the registration form under the heading “Registering With A Friend?”

  • Now—and this step is essential—you email Tracie at tlan.coordinator@gmail.com to alert her. Once she sees both registrations complete, she alerts Suprina Frasier, our Financial Administrator, who will process your 25% refund within seven days. 

  • Celebrate by dancing in the streets or in your living room (optional).

How much you save

Members who register at the early bird rate ($275 through Aug. 18) receive a $75 refund. You pay only $200 for your conference registration! If you register after August 19 at the regular rate ($325) you receive an $85 refund, paying only $240 for your conference registration. 

Non-members who register at the early bird rate ($315 through Aug. 18) receive an $85 refund. You pay only $230 for your conference registration! Non-members who register at the early bird rate ($315 through Aug. 15) receive an $95 refund, paying only $270 for your conference registration.

The small print

  • Remember our optional meal package ($150) and pre-conference registration (Member: $60; Non-member: $75) are not included in your conference registration. You can add them during registration.
  • Travel and lodging are also not included in conference registration. Info. about them here. 
  • This offer applies to new registrations only.
